Syantek Return & Replacement Policy
Syantek stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, aiming to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.

Returns for Refund
- All returns for refund must be authorized by Syantek within 30 days of delivery.
- Products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Return/exchange shipping is not free unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Once a tracking number is updated, cancellation is no longer possible until we receive the returned item.
- Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Note: handling fees vary by item quantity.
Returns for Replacement
- We offer exchanges if you received a defective product or an incorrect order.
- All replacement returns must be authorized by Syantek within 30 days of delivery and require a valid RMA Number.
- If your item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, Syantek will provide a return shipping label (within 30 days).
- After 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please message us for return instructions before shipping any item back.
- Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories (cords, manuals, etc.).
- Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
- Attach the return label securely to the outside, verify all items are included, and seal the package.
