Processing Orders
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Monday–Thursday or after 11:00 AM EST Friday will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
All orders include standard shipping and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Additional time may be required for deliveries to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Packages over 4 lbs cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Area
Free shipping is available for the contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international locations are excluded and may incur additional charges. International deliveries typically take 7 to 12 business days.
Undeliverable Packages
Our carriers make up to three delivery attempts. If a package is undeliverable after these attempts, it will be returned to Syantek. Please contact us at support@syantek.com to arrange for reshipment.
